After designing the primary bedroom in our clients’ previous home, they called us back when they purchased a larger property and were ready for a fresh start. The new home offered generous square footage and dramatic volume, but needed a complete design reset to feel cohesive, elevated, and reflective of their lifestyle. We replaced the flooring, redesigned the fireplace façade, painted throughout, updated the stair rail with a custom design, and layered in tailored details to create a modern luxe interior with warmth and sophistication.

Designed for adults who love to entertain, the home balances contemporary style with comfort and function. Large-format tile grounds the main level, while area rugs, stair carpet, drapery, and soft furnishings help absorb sound in the open, high-ceilinged spaces. A spare room was transformed into a climate-controlled wine room, creating a memorable feature that supports the clients’ love of wine, tequila, music, and glamorous entertaining.
