This small home was transformed for a first-time homeowner who wanted a more open, functional, and elevated space for everyday living and entertaining. Our interior design team removed walls between the original living room, family room, dining room, and kitchen, then lifted the ceilings to the rafters to create a bright, open-concept layout with a generous kitchen, large island, new dining area, and improved flow throughout the home.

To balance budget and impact, we combined flat-pack cabinetry with custom doors and thoughtful design details, then invested in statement tile, lighting, and key architectural moments. The renovation included a textural fireplace wall with integrated storage, a fully redesigned primary bath with a large open shower and custom wood slat detail, and an updated secondary bath with a tub-shower combination, wallpaper, textured tile, and improved laundry function. The result is a smart, high-impact home remodel with strong bones, beautiful finishes, and room for the client to continue furnishing over time.
